Privacy

No I’m not tripping

Yes I truly believe

Whether you are in

A relationship or married

Everyone is entitled to a

Certain level of privacy

It’s important to have trust

In the one that you love

A  phone doesn’t need to be locked

But at the same time

A phone shouldn’t be

Checked through Facebook,

Texts or voicemail

If your love one phones rings

How about don’t answer it

How about forget it

Unless they ask you to get it

That’s trust

Just like staying off of

Their Facebook page

You can’t get accurate information

From that anyway

Doing all this will drive you crazy

Don’t nobody feel like

Having to explain their every move

Always questioning

Oh and another thing

Go out together

As well as enjoy time alone

Everyone deserves an outlet

So don’t blow up their phone

Allow your partner to

Enjoy their space

If you have to play detective

Then you need to reevaluate

The relationship there maybe

Something or there may not be

If you are one with an issue

With trust then chances are

It’s you

Trust-building-blocks

And Sometimes

On my journey with God

I have learned

That sometimes God

Helps right away

And sometimes He won’t

Sometimes He will take away pain

And sometimes He will allow

One to go through

Not to hurt you

But to strengthen you

So that the next time

A challenge happens

You will pass the test

Without stress

You will know what to do

Sometimes God want us

To be an inspiration

To somebody

What an honor

Let’s face it

No one wants to listen

To a person who has no idea

Kinda like applying for a job

With no experience

Experience is the best teacher

One can try to relate

But even that can be done

Only but so much

God has a season

For everything with a reason

Though we may not ever realize

Why things are happening at the time

One thing is for certain

God will end the hurting

I have learned this

Yes I have gained experience

Sometimes God helps us out right away

And sometimes He waits

No matter our fate

Or how long it takes

His timing is great

He makes no mistakes

He is with us all the time

For always

Because He is that kind of God

The Good Old Days

Ahhhhh the good old days

How I miss them

Spending time with

Family and friends

Playing fun games like

Jacks, Hopscotch, Count 4

And many more

Going in the backyard

Playing horseshoes and volleyball

Playing tag and jump rope

Going to the park

Parents telling you to be home

Before it gets dark

Enjoying great movies

On TV and at the drive in

Dawn of the Dead, Karate Kid,Breakin

What fun we had

Dancing the coolest dances

Snakin, Whoppin and DC Walkin

Oh Yes

And we can not forget about the music

Run DMC, Salt &Pepa, Debbie Gibson

Tiffany, Beastie Boys and 3rd Bass

Boys groups

New Edition, New Kids On the Block

And Menudo

Can’t forget about Rock and Roll

Poison, Europe and Cinderella

I will always love heavy metal

The good old days I love them so

Playing video games

Atari and Nintendo

When all real talented women did

Was rap, sing and dance

With their clothes on

Awesome TV shows

Gimme a break, Facts of Life

A-team and Different Strokes

Do you remember the very

First music video ever

I do it was by the Buggles

When MTV really was

Music Television

Because they played

Music videos all day everyday

It was my dream to be a VJ

Rap City and Yo MTV Raps

Maaaannn these memories

Are taking me way back

Those days will live on forever

In my heart and they will never part

Holding them tight always

Unlovable

We have all been told

That there were times

Or will be times

In our relationships when

We seem to be unlovable

Completely intolerable

The condition seemed unsolvable

Still true love is unstoppable

Regardless of the problem always

Remember that God is in control

Even on the days

When we want to walk away

Not want to stay

Having to rely solely

On the love between

Us and our mate

To help the relationship to sustain

Holding on extra tight

To help the love

So it will remain

Making sure that nothing changes

We have to weather the storm

Tough times don’t last long

Sunny days will be reborn

We have to stay strong

Cause we already know

We are where we belong

Don’t want the love to be gone

Yes even on the days

When we seem unlovable

It is those days

We are required to love

One another more

This is for sure

It’s not about the easy stuff

It’s about the hard stuff

It makes us tough

Being able to endure much

Looking back on it

Like look at us

We are still together

Even after all the pain

And all the hurt

We did what it took

To make things work

It was so worth it

To be able to spend the rest of our lives

With the person who

God intended

There will be ups and downs

No matter how long

How much they mean to us

Or we are unlovable

Through out the Bible 

There are instructions given

About how women

Are supposed to be treated

Genesis, Proverbs, Ephesians, 1Peter

Could it be made any clearer

It’s time to look in the mirror

And reevaluate

Making sure the same value

That’s placed on yourself

Are very high and it should

Be placed on your daughter

As well as someone else’s too

It’s important for them to know

That they are valuable

Take to time to read God’s plan

It’s the way that it is for a reason

Mostly for protection

Women are like a precious jewel

Or beautiful flowers

And should be treated as such

By ourselves and the ones

Who we choose to love

Let’s be careful

Not to make a mistake

If a man truly cares

He will wait

Make sure that he’s willing

To do what it takes

Because as women

We are great

Understand there’s much at stake

Don’t allow unhappiness

To be the fate

Because we deserve so

Much more

God has wonderful things in store

We must stay focused

Do things according to God’s plan

He knows what He is doing

Understand that God has a man

That He has that’s meant

To be our husband

It’s our God given

Right since birth

It’s already done

From Our Heavenly Father

Especially not any enemies

It can’t be persuaded

By a handsome or pretty face

Only place there to shout

No room to be confused

Morning Treat

It’s my favorite time of day. Time to take a sip of some delicious and  very steamy coffee so yummy. My coffee has various romantic relationships with hazelnut, mocha, almond joy, heath but French vanilla is it’s main squeeze. I would not look at it as cheating more like a painting swirled with different colors that compliment one another. Morning the best part of my day I be so excited about sipping on coffee! Yaaaaaaay! Can I get a witness!

Before we do anything

We get on our knees praying

We are always focused

On the Almighty King

We are women

Of  a different breed

We draw our strength

From reading the Bible daily

Psalms gives our hearts

Beautiful songs to sing

We are stress free

God takes care of all our needs

Everything we need

Chases after us

Blessings showers us continually

New miracles and mercies

We experience them constantly daily

We don’t care about

What man is thinking

Whether it’s talking, lying or judging

We are suited up

We’ve got our Armor of God

Our cape of the Holy Spirit

Our uniform of hope

We going out to battle

Who’s in need

Of our help

God is with us

Right now we are capable

Of doing anything

Feeling so spiritually high

That we could fly

Or the tallest buildings

Our mission always

Is to spread God’s Word

All around the world

Our rewards are heavenly

Though we aren’t looking for them

The benefits are infinite

And they come straight

From our King in Heaven
