Would Not Change A Thing

I know that it maybe hard to believe

But out of my whole entire life

The lows

The people that I have come to know

And some I have let go

Not think of complaining

When it seemed as if

The troubles were doubling

God stepped in

He stopped my hurting

I’ve gain knowledge

So I have learned

That you can’t have

A testimony without the test

A message came from a mess

You can’t have the rainbow

Without the rain and the mud either

Things got me to see things clearly

Everything that has happened

Has molded me

Into a better person

So that’s why I say

Out of everything that has occurred

In my whole entire life

I would not change

They Do Not Expire

Milk has an expiration date, bread has an expiration  date even tough times has a expiration date. One thing that does not expire is a testimony. Every time we talk about a testimony it gives God praise. So we should tell it to as many people as we can anyone who will listen while we are breathing. Treat a testimony like a diamond should it off. That’s what I do and you should too. Testimonies encourages people so repeat it over and over like a scratched LP someone needs to hear it. Don’t worry about people who may be tired of hearing it let they can get some ear plugs or cotton balls. As a matter of fact they can not listen, hey problem solved.  Our blessings comes from God and not man. Don’t get me wrong I don’t praise Him for the blessings. I will praise Him regardless of what I get. Give God His praise and don’t be ashamed do it all day if you want to. We should never hold back not with all that God has done.

Psalm 150:6

The Pleasure and Pain of Sexting

You guys already know that eventually I was going to go there. Here on Be Lifted the things that are thought about are talked about. I keep it positive always. Still  we can’t ignore situations they won’t go away. In my opinion sexting is something that married people can do to keep things interesting. Surprise your spouse with something tasteful and something that you feel comfortable doing. Let’s not act like intimacy is suppose to be boring even God said to be fruitful and multiple. Did He say vegetable? I rest my case.

The pain of sexting is doing it for someone that you are not married to. Definitely would Not advise that at all!!! It will back fire it always does you better think before you press the send button. It takes a lot of trust and know that there are a whole lot people walking around who should Not be trusted. Everyone doesn’t deserve a VIP pass. If there are Not your spouse think it over.

Not Your Cup Of Tea

No matter whatever it is that you choose to do there is always going to be somebody somewhere who wants to behave like an English teacher ready to correct you with their red ballpoint pen. I came into blogging with a thick layer of skin. Writing is something that I have always loved to do. The more that I write the more comfortable that I get. It’s funny when I write I will proofread it several times prior to posting it and somehow I miss an error oh well I will get better.

Really not worry about people who wants to behave like seventh grade students that are dissecting a frog trying to figure out what’s going on inside of me. Everyone will not be a fan of mine and that’s alright by me. It’s like speaking a language that they cannot understand perhaps they’re not meant to. Constantly I keep myself inspired when I think of people like Dr.Seuss and Walt Disney they were rejected too.I think of Donald Trump although I am not a huge fan of his I do respect a person who says what’s on their mind. Trump has a lot of supporters and critics as well. As I have always said if you don’t have people judging you aren’t being true so I guess I’m on the right track. Balance Is Key

Never forget the people who was there for you when you had no one. They are the ones who you will need again this is a true fact. God puts everyone in our lives for a reason so balancing your friends and new relationship is key. It’s important to keep in contact with your friends. You never want it to come off as you only contact them when there is a problem. Friendship is a two way street if you don’t have time to talk a simple text is fine too anything to show a person that you are thinking about them. I get that life gets busy but if we really want to time can be taken out it’s all about priorities. One has to have the want to to do. Yeah I said it.

Relationships and marriages are completely different don’t get it twisted people can walk away from a relationship not so for a marriage. I am not saying not to give a relationship your all. After all relationships has to happen prior to marriage so I get it. What I am saying is don’t forget the people who will be there if the relationship goes wrong. As far as I am concerned best friends are not friends they are family. Family is for life through ups and downs as well as thick and thin. Proverbs 18:24

A man [that hath] friends must shew himself: and there is a friend [that] stickers closer than a brother.

 

Give It Your All

Pep Talk it’s time for a pep talk. Congratulations!!! God blessed you to find that special someone who you got into a relationship that lead to marriage. The goal with a marriage is longevity. Once you get married the marriage takes nurturing never get too busy that you can’t. A marriage can not work itself it requires help from both people. The worse thing that can begin to happen is to develop an ego of what you want to do and will not do. Let me tell you get a clue there should be nothing that you would not do for your spouse unless it’s something that’s not of God. Still if God is in it than chance are you are being stubborn and you shouldn’t. A husband is a king and a wife is a queen so they should be treated like royalty. Don’t be ashamed to treat them this way. Do whatever it takes to make your marriage great.

Don’t Suffer In Silence

Addiction is something that goes beyond drugs, alcohol and pornography it can be food, sex and social media. Whatever the problem is the first step is admitting that you have a problem. Denial about a problem only prolongs the situation. When you accept the problem seek help from God and confide in someone that you trust. Please do not suffer in silence.

When you don’t get help that is when the evil one strikes with his lies because he is the father of them. He’ll tell you that you are a hypocrite, that you are worthless, that no one cares about you and that you can’t beat your addiction. The way to beat him is to forget all of his lies and remember the promises that God told you.

God didn’t put us here to suffer. He wants us to thrive. Overcome addiction it not only affects you but everyone that’s around you. Family and friends don’t want to see you hurt. Definitely get healed to help yourself still there are many who truly care some you may have no idea about.

God knew you before you were born there’s nothing that He doesn’t know. And there’s no problem that He can not solve. You can win but you can’t quit. Everyone has a battle they maybe different still a fight is required. Stay prayed up. Stay focused. You can do this.
