I would absolutely love to have the talent of Maya Angelou, Emily Dickinson and William Shakespeare to name a few. Growing up I always enjoyed writing my mother inspired me she wrote things for her church when she was young. For me writing is a way to express all of my feelings and poetry helps me to do it in a creative way. Someone asked me what type of writing style do I have that was an excellent question too I guess that I never really thought about it. My poetry style could probably be more of a sonnet. I pretty much write about everything. So loving the month of April it is national poetry month everyday I write hoping to become better with each word. I have notebooks all over the place. Working on a couple of poems right now stay tuned I will be sharing them very soon.
What’s Tameeka Listening To?
Tears for Fears are one of my favorite bands in the whole entire world. Roland was my first celebrity crush. Recently I came across an old interview that he did pertaining to Oleta Adams. He spoke of how she got them back in touch with feeling music again. Imagine they where at the peak of their careers yet he was not above giving someone credit. I tell you Roland is a brilliant man. Head over heels is a classic song. Check it out:

Don’t Judge A Book By It’s Cover
Anything can trigger my thoughts like watching the original Incredible Hulk on Netflix. It got me to thinking David was on a quest to find a cure but along his quest he bumped into people who needed his help. He never turned people down he was a gentle and kind man. Every person whose lives he came into he made it better. The Hulk was gentle too it never seriously injured anyone that includes the bad guys as a matter of fact the Hulk also saved people too. The most damage the Hulk did was to property. Isn’t it something that David and the Hulk actually had a lot of positive things in common. A quest to cure something that is as gentle as himself of course he had no way of knowing it he assumed that the Hulk would hurt someone.Yes the Hulk is green and scary but so is Shrek.
